In June 2014, Minivan News published a remarkable and confusing story about alleged sex tapes and alleged political corruption involving a prominent judge in The Maldives.

The Judicial Services Commission has today cleared Supreme Court Judge Ali Hameed of misconduct charges, citing lack of evidence to indict him in a court for alleged appearance in three sex tapes involving three different foreign women.

The JSC also cited the police’s Forensic Service Directorate’s failure to confirm the identity of the man involved in the sex tapes in its decision to clear Hameed of charges.

So if ICSTDB understands correctly, there definitely were three sex tapes floating around The Maldives. There were rumors that Ali Hameed was the man in all three sex tapes, but the video tech at CSI Maldives could not find clear proof either way.

The political context for the scandal is hard to follow if you’re not up on Maldives politics.

The Maldives Police Services formally launched an investigation in July 2013 after still images of the sex tape, alleged to show the judge committing adultery with an unidentified foreign woman, began circulating on social media.

Shortly afterwards, two more videos appearing to show Hameed engaging in sexual relations with two more foreign women were leaked on social media.

Business tycoon and former JSC member Gasim Ibrahim in July dismissed the sex tape as fake and an attempt at blackmail.

Gasim placed third in the first round of presidential polls in September and asked the High Court to annul the first round of polls.

The Supreme Court took over the case and ordered a revote claiming widespread vote fraud, with Hameed one of the four judges forming the majority verdict.

Images and symbols depicting scenes from the sex-tape formed a prominent part of protests against the court’s repeated interference in the subsequent round of polls.

The possible political corruption gets even crazier.

The room and date stamp in the sex tapes appear to be the same as that in previously leaked footage of Hameed meeting a local businessman Mohamed Saeed, the director of ‘Golden Lane’.

In that video, Hameed asserts that he was one of then Progressive Party of the Maldives (PPM) presidential candidate Abdulla Yameen’s “back-ups”, and that his stand was “to do things the way Yameen wants”.

One of the men claims to have heard plans to “kill off” leader of former Dhivehi Rayithunge Party (DRP) leader Ahmed Thasmeen Ali and refers to a “second person to be killed,” however, due to the unclear audio it is not clear what the parties are referring to, or the context of the “killing”.

The person believed to be Hameed then promises, “If it comes into my hands, I will kill him off.”

So the alleged sex tapes might be also be “talking about murdering political rivals tapes”. Or maybe they meant “killing” figuratively as in “killing their policy proposals”. Or maybe it’s someone else on all these tapes. Who knows.

In conclusion: There might or might not be multiple sex tapes starring Judge Ali Hameed, who might or might not be corrupt.

Kendall Jenner is the oldest daughter of Bruce and Kris Jenner. She appears regularly on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its various spinoffs.

Kendall Jenner has been the subject of two sex tape rumors. Both rumors first appeared in gossip tabloids, and neither appears to have any substance.

In January 2013, Star magazine published a farfetched rumor attributed to a single anonymous insider source. A gossip website summarized and quoted from the Star article:

Star magazine alleges that Bruce – our resident Mr. Potato Head – is leaving Kris to protect Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Why would the Botox Boy attempt to protect their teenage daughters? Well, shut the door tight – and let’s have a kiki. This one is about shock you like Outer Limits never could.

A source reveals, “[Bruce is] worried [Kris] might encourage Kendall to make a sex tape – and that Kris would be pulling the strings behind the scenes, making sure that word gets out.” Dude, isn’t that borderline criminal? Last time we checked, promoting a sexually explicit video of a minor is a very serious crime. “That way, Kris could benefit financially from the publicity, just like she did with Kim’s infamous sex tape,” the source continues.

Tabloid articles making sensational claims based on anonymous sources are almost always bogus. And note that this isn’t even a bogus rumor about an actual Kendall Jenner sex tape. It’s a bogus rumor about Bruce FEARING that Kris MIGHT someday encourage Kendall to make a sex tape.

Then in July 2014, Australian tabloid NW put Kendall Jenner on its cover with the headline “Kendall’s Sex Tape Nightmare!” and subhead “The Kardashian teen breaks down … ‘How could this happen to me?’” and insert “OMG! She’s done a Kim?!”

Another gossip website points out:

This would all be very shocking and oh-em-gee worthy stuff. If it wasn’t all a load of complete poo.

Their ‘evidence’ seems to be a few photos of Kendall rolling around in a swimming cozzie on her bed, but the snaps in question are actually taken from her Instagram page.

NW has a website, but they don’t have the Kendall Jenner “sex tape nightmare” story posted there. Based on that cover and the fact that no other celebrity gossip outlets have picked up the story, it’s safe to assume there’s no story.

Real? Yes.

Magaluf is a resort town on the Spanish island of Majorca, known for its white sand beaches and wild nightlife. In recent times Magaluf has been notorious for binge drinking and obnoxious behavior by young British and Irish vacationers, many of whom come on package tours built around nightly club crawls and sponsored parties.

In early July 2014, a cellphone video shot inside a Magaluf club went viral and made headlines. The Mirror reported:

A video of a tourist – believed to be a British girl – performing sex acts on more than 20 men in return for a free drink in Magaluf has sparked outrage in Spain.

The horrifying footage – which lasts just over two and half minutes – shows the young blonde girl performing sex acts on men as they stand on a dancefloor.

Egged on by the person filming on a mobile phone, the girl moves from one man to another as music blares in the background.

It is said to be an example of ‘mamading’ – a game where bars encourage young women to perform sex acts in return for free alcohol.

The viral video star became known as “Magaluf Girl”. Tabloids soon identified the girl as Emily Gaythwaite, age 18 from Belfast.

Some sources number the men serviced at 24, though the video is so chaotic it’s hard to keep track. The guys mostly get 1-3 seconds of fellatio apiece on their non-erect penes.

Jay Gardner, a cast member on MTV reality show Geordie Shore (the Brit version of Jersey Shore), was at the club making a personal appearance that night. He can be seen in the video briefly, flashing his middle finger and keeping his pants on.

Much of the media chatter consisted of moral denunciations of Magaluf Girl, the 20-odd male revelers, the nightclub, the package tour organizers, Magaluf in general, young British tourists in general. Others defended Magaluf girl and denounced the “slut-shaming”.

Package tour operator “Carnage Magaluf” received plenty of outraged criticism and free publicity over the incident. Different sources identified the location as “Alex’s Bar” or “Playhouse”. The Magaluf city council fined the club and tour operator 55,000 Euros and shut them down for 12 months.

Real? Maybe.

Lauren Goodger is most famous for appearing in seasons 1-6 of The Only Way is Essex, a British “scripted reality show” (comparable to The Hills in the US), from 2010 to 2012. Since then she has appeared on other reality shows and published the autobiography Secrets of an Essex Girl.

In late July 2014, Lauren Goodger informed British tabloids that a sex tape of her was circulating via mobile phone.

The 27-year-old was left mortified when she realised a video was being shared among her circle of friends of her performing a sex act on her ex-boyfriend, who she was with for two years, Jake Mclean.

But devastated Lauren claims she had no idea the six-second video even existed when it was leaked, along with her mobile phone number.

The revelation led to a predictable mad dash to locate and watch the sex tape. By the next day, many were speculating that the tape didn’t really exist.

But the critics were not hitting out at the former TOWIE star’s bedroom antics – they were in a flap as the clip proved impossible to find online.

One baffled Twitter user wrote: ‘Lauren Goodger has apparently got a sex tape that’s everywhere but I’m yet to see one link.’

Other commenters speculated that, if the video actually existed, Lauren Goodger probably filmed and/or released it herself for publicity.

Over the next few weeks, Lauren Goodger continued giving interviews and posting to social media about the sex tape. She also posted a series of sexy bikini selfies to Twitter and “accidentally” posted a naked butt photo. And she announced that she would appear on the upcoming season of Celebrity Big Brother, where she promised to “dish dirt” and “set the record straight” about her sex tape.

On August 18, the Daily Star tabloid responded to widespread skepticism by claiming to have seen the full video.

Prior to our exclusive, social networkers believed her Sun on Sunday exposé was a fake, in which she confessed to the newspaper about her ordeal.

One blasted: “I thought everyone knew the Lauren Goodger sex tape was a PR stunt for a TV show, it’s obvious since the video does not exist.”

While another declared: “It’s for ITV2 I believe. So people need to stop searching for this mythical Lauren Goodger sex tape as it doesn’t exist.”

And a third moaned: “Lauren Goodger’s ‘leaked sex tape’ must be the only leaked sex tape that isn’t online anywhere and that no-one has seen.”

We can now confirm the six-second delight is in our possession and we have seen it in all its glory.

The X-rated clip is too explicit to be published – believe us, we tried several attempts to pixelate it for you – and appears to have been filmed by Lozza’s ex, Jake McLean.

Like most everyone else, ICSTDB staffers have been unable to locate the alleged six-second Lauren Goodger sex tape. We remain doubtful that it actually exists.

The only evidence that does circulate is these two very blurry, censored screenshots. Some sites have highly pixellated versions, while the Daily Star cheekily covered the penis with a “Parental Advisory: Explicit Content” sign. Nobody seems to have uncensored versions of these images. The fellatrix in these screenshots might or might not be Lauren Goodger, it’s impossible to tell.

Real? Maybe, uncirculated but widely rumored.

In July 2014, rumors started swirling about a possible sex tape showing Jay-Z with ex-girlfriend Carmen Bryan.

The sex tape was supposedly shot around 2000, before Jay-Z’s relationship with Beyonce Knowles began. (The mega-celebrity couple started dating in 2002, engaged in 2005, married in 2008, had a child together in 2012.)

Carmen Bryan is famous mostly for having dated several famous men including Jay-Z, Nas and Allen Iverson. In 2006 she published the tell-all book It’s No Secret: From Nas to Jay-Z, from Seduction to Scandal, a Hip-Hop Helen of Troy Tells All.

Media Takeout published the rumor on July 17, 2014, including one anonymous source’s claim to have watched part of the tape:

A MediaTakeOut.com informant was given a SPECIAL PREVIEW of the tape on a cellphone. The tape, which was taken around the year 2000 shows Carmon and the man looking like Jay Z having RELATIONS. The insider explained, “You can see Carmen’s face clearly …. i saw oral, both ways …. penis and vagina is clear.”

Media Takeout has a history of running bogus sex tape rumors that fade quickly. This Jay-Z + Carmen Bryan sex tape rumor has had a longer half-life. Another gossip site summarized a supermarket tabloid story:

According to the Aug. 4th print edition of In Touch magazine Beyonce is beyond furious over a rumor that Jay made a sex tape with a rapper named Carmen Bryan (Nas’ Baby Mama) back in 2000. Obviously this was a few years before he and Bey got together but you better believe that Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment is praying that this tape exists. In fact he has already said that if the footage exists he would expect to spend as much as $2 million for a copy.

Jay-Z is insisting to Beyonce that the footage can’t possibly exist because he never made a tape with Carmen.

The Vivid angle is just silly. Regardless of the perennial hype about “leaked” sex tapes released against the principles’ wishes, porn studios like Vivid cannot commercially release celebrity sex tapes without signed waivers from all performers. It’s very unlikely that Jay-Z (net worth estimated at over $500 million) would be interested in such an offer.

Does a Jay-Z + Carmen Bryan sex tape from circa 2000 really exist? If so, is there any chance it will circulate publicly? ICSTDB calls it a definite maybe.

Jessica Brown Findlay is best known for playing the youngest Crawley daughter in Downton Abbey.

On August 31, 2014, nude photos and videos of several celebrities (mostly young and female) leaked online, an event dubbed “the Fappening” by enthusiastic pervs (mostly male). The unauthorized photos and videos had apparently been acquired by hackers from celebrities’ iCloud accounts.

Jessica Brown Findlay was one of the Fappening’s biggest victims. The mass leak included eight nude photos of Findlay, plus two closeups of Findlay’s face with some guy’s penis poking her in the eye.

The leak also included five short video clips:

1) JBF posing with green bow bra & garter on bed (oldtimey filter) – 35 seconds

2) JBF and guy naked in bed, he’s lying on his back holding the camera, she licks his balls, he slaps her face with his penis – 80 seconds

3) JBF and guy lying on bed, he kisses her butt, then they pull the covers up – 20 seconds

4) JBF naked, standing and drinking from mug, talking to camera (B/W image, Skype?) – 60 seconds

5) JBF naked, lying on bed and talking to camera, then carries laptop through house into bathroom, dances naked briefly (color, Skype?) – 80 seconds

Several download sites have a full Fappening collection archived, so the Jessica Brown Findlay sex tapes will remain easy to find for a while.

The identity of the hackers and leaker(s), and the methods they used to steal these photos and videos, remains a mystery. The FBI is reportedly investigating. Apple has taken flak for inadequate iCloud security, though the company insists the leaks were not their fault.

Real? Yes for him, maybe for her.

Kate Upton is among the top supermodels in pop culture, appearing on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in 2012 and 2013. Justin Verlander is among the top pitchers in Major League Baseball, winning both the Cy Young Award and MVP in 2011.

On August 31, 2014, nude photos and videos of multiple celebrities leaked online. Many of these photos and videos had been shot with iPhones, and hackers apparently acquired them by illegally hacking into celebrities’ iCloud accounts.

The mass leak included several nude photos of Kate Upton as well as photos of Upton and Verlander together.

Hackers apparently got these photos from Verlander’s iCloud account, because the pirated stash also included images of women other than Upton.

This stash included at least six short video clips:

1) Kate Upton standing in hallway, fully clothed, talking to Justin Verlander holding camera – 20 seconds

2) Kate Upton standing by bathroom sink, wiggling butt – 5 seconds

3) Couple in bed fucking reverse-cowgirl, man holding camera aimed at genitals & her butt/back – 40 seconds

4) Couple fucking doggystyle on edge of bed, woman kneeling on bed, man standing & holding camera aimed at genitals – 40 seconds

5) Closeup of woman’s crotch, masturbating slowly – 15 seconds

6) Unidentified woman in shower (dark hair, large dark tattoo over right hip), talking to Justin Verlander holding camera – 10 seconds

Archives and discussions of the hacked celebrity images released August 31, 2014, (generally known as “the Fappening”) usually have all these videos filed under “Kate Upton”. However, Kate Upton is clearly identifiable only in the first two video clips. The shower clip (#6) clearly features a different woman.

In the three hardcore sex clips (#3-4-5), no faces are visible. The penis in #3 and #4 presumably belongs to Justin Verlander. Based on hair color (dark brown) and body shape, the woman in #3 does not appear to be Kate Upton. The woman in #4 also appears to have darker hair, though the dim lighting makes that harder to tell for sure. We can’t tell if the woman in #5 is Upton or some other woman.

These three short videos are being widely billed as Kate Upton sex tapes. However, it’s not clear who the woman (or women) in these three videos might be. ICSTDB suspects that none of these three videos show Kate Upton herself, but we could be wrong.

But there are almost certainly two short Justin Verlander sex videos here (#3 and #4).

Gossip blog Crazy Days and Nights posted this blind item a couple days ago:

Only this former A list television actress who is now lucky to be a B- lister could screw up a sex tape this badly. Desperate for money, our actress wanted a sex tape not only for publicity, but she knows it would be a big seller. The thing is though she wanted someone famous to be in the sex tape with her but no one who is famous wants to be or needs to be in a sex tape so she keeps making them with people and can’t decide which one to leak.

The phrase “desperate for money” could be a coy hint that the “former A list television actress” was on Desperate Housewives. Or not.

On August 31, 2014, nude photos and videos of several celebrities (mostly young and female) leaked online, an event dubbed “the Fappening” by enthusiastic pervs (mostly male). Most of the photos were first posted on the 4chan /b/ forum, then reposted and collected elsewhere. The unauthorized photos and videos had apparently been acquired by hackers from celebrities’ iCloud accounts.

The most prominent victim of this mass leak was Jennifer Lawrence, star of the Hunger Games franchise and Best Actress Oscar-winner for Silver Linings Playbook. The 8/31/2014 leak included more than a dozen nude photographs of Jennifer Lawrence. Different hairstyles and settings indicate that the photos were taken at different times, probably over the course of several years.

One leaked item was a three-second animated GIF of Lawrence in a blue dress shaking her exposed breasts for the camera.

During the Fappening hysteria, rumors popped up that a hardcore Jennifer Lawrence sex tape might be leaked soon. Someone at 4chan wrote (as screen-grabbed and reported by the Daily Mirror), “i got the jennifer lawrence blowjob video donate at my paypal: ######”. The poster continued:

I know no one will believe me, but i have a short lawrence video

Is way too short, a little over 2 minutes and you only get to see her boobs

Anyways, if somebody wants it let me know how i can upload it anonymously (i dont want the FBI over me, and you dont wanna know how I got this video.)

Some of the Fappening leakers did beg for advance donations in this manner (though most requested harder-to-trace Bitcoin payment, not Paypal), promising to post new images once they received a certain amount. Some scammers also got into the act, begging for donations on 4chan using phony promises to release non-existent new images. So it’s impossible to know if this particular poster promising “the jennifer lawrence blowjob video” really possessed what he claimed to possess.

Another poster released a JPG showing nine thumbnail stills from an alleged Jennifer Lawrence sex tape. Each thumbnail is 72 x 66 pixels. Some frames show closeups of the woman’s genitals and anus. The woman’s face is visible in a few frames, but it’s impossible to tell if it’s really Jennifer Lawrence or not. ICSTDB thinks it’s probably not her, probably just some random porn video that some scammer or prankster found and posted.

As of one week after the Fappening, no Jennifer Lawrence sex tape has surfaced.

Real? Probably yes, but uncirculated.

Australian-born rapper Iggy Azalea hit it big in 2011 with the tracks “Pu$$y” and “Two Times”, which she originally uploaded to her YouTube channel. Her first studio album came out in 2014, with the single “Fancy” hitting #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for seven straight weeks.

On September 11, 2014, Vivid put out a press release stating: “Vivid Entertainment says it has been approached by a third party who claims he represents an individual with rights to a purported sex tape featuring the sexy recording artist Iggy Azalea. … Vivid founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch … said he has been shown a “teaser” of images of a woman who appears to be the 24-year-old, Australian-born Ms. Azalea.”

E! News later quoted Hirsh as saying, “There is little doubt in my mind that the person that I saw in the teaser of images from the tape is Iggy Azalea.”

Iggy Azalea initially denied having made a sex tape.

TMZ reported, “The problem is Iggy’s camp says Hirsch’s eyes are playing tricks on him. They tell us the I-G-G-Y is not the chick on vid doing the dirty … and they’re ready to sue over the alleged footage.”

Azalea’s representatives told a HuffPo reporter, “It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings.”

The next day, Azalea changed her position. TMZ reported:

Iggy Azalea’s legal team now says it may indeed be her in that sex tape …

But then Iggy’s lawyers now tell us … any sex video would be the work of a “spurned business suitor” — aka the ex-BF — who’s just trying to damage her image and career out of revenge. They also told us any footage was possibly shot “without her knowledge or consent” … kind of a weird statement — either it was or it wasn’t. The lawyers also say it’s possible it was shot when she was a minor.

Later on September 12, TMZ identified Hefe Wine — aka Jefe Wine, aka Wine-O, ex-boyfriend of Iggy Azalea and much less successful rapper — as the guy in the sex tape. Wine disputed some of Azalea’s claims.

Iggy’s camp says she never consented to the video being shot and she might have been under 18 at the time.

But Hefe says he didn’t even meet Iggy until her 18th birthday. He adds, Iggy is “100% fully aware” of the fact they shot the sex tape.

He denies sending the sex clip to Vivid, saying his computer was stolen a couple months ago — but also makes it clear he’s interested in cutting a deal for the video to be released.

Even if it is real, and even if she was over 18 when it was shot, there is virtually zero chance that Vivid or any other porn studio will release the Iggy Azalea sex tape commercially. For that to happen, Azalea herself would have to sign off on a deal. With her mainstream music and modeling careers booming, sanctioning a sex tape makes no business sense. And if her immediate Twitter response was sincere, Azalea personally hates the idea of having an old sex tape go public.

There’s always the possibility of the sex tape getting into public circulation without a commercial release and without Azalea’s permission, comparable to the Tulisa Contostavlos or Colin Farrell sex tapes. ICSTDB dislikes “revenge porn” on principle and hopes that doesn’t happen.

The Iggy Azalea sex tape battle is heating up.

TMZ reports today that Hefe Wine — aka Jefe Wine, aka Wine-O, Houston-based rapper, ex-boyfriend and ex-manager of Iggy Azalea — insists he has the necessary legal paperwork to market their old sex tape over Azalea’s objections.

Hefe Wine says Iggy signed a lengthy agreement with him in 2009 — obtained by TMZ — which gives him exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”

Iggy signed the contract to cut records and music videos, but Wine believes all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape which he claims would then give him exclusive rights to sell it.

I’m no lawyer, but that doesn’t sound like a valid claim.

And does this mean Wine has abandoned his claim, which no one really believed anyway, that he had nothing to do with Vivid, TMZ et al learning of the tape’s existence?

ICSTDB suspects that all this public posturing will end with some out-of-court settlement, whereby Iggy Azalea’s representatives buy all rights to the sex tape and bury it forever. But who knows.

The first round of the great 2014 celebrity nude photo hack (aka “the Fappening”) included several hacked nude photos of Aubrey Plaza. Some showed her standing naked in a bathroom, one foot on the floor and one foot on the sink, holding her phone/camera in one hand and masturbating with the other hand. Those photos leaked around August 30.

The second round of Fappening leaks in September 2014 included three Aubrey Plaza masturbation selfie videos. All three videos look like they were shot at the same time as the photos — same bathroom, same pigtails, same one-foot-on-the-sink pose.

One video runs 15 seconds, another runs 34 seconds, another runs 100 seconds.

Who? Hiphop singer, reality TV personality.

Real? Unknown, just a rumor at this point.

K. Michelle was a regular cast member on the first two seasons of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

She was once romantically involved with rapper Memphitz (real name Mickey Wright). In one episode of the TV show, Michelle accused Wright of being physically abusive. He denied the accusation and sued her and the producers. As of September 2014, the civil suit was ongoing.

Then on September 29, 2014, Memphitz posted this message to his Instagram account using the Instaquote app: “Anybody wanna see a secret video tape? Or would you prefer a secret audio file? Or both? Yes or Nah? Time to stick a fork in this bird.”

Memphitz deleted the message soon after posting, but not before screenshots preserved it for posterity.

So was he suggesting he had an old “secret” sex tape with K. Michelle lying around? That’s how several gossip sites interpreted the message.

TMZ reported on Thursday, December 4, 2014:

Wiz Khalifa banged a Playboy chick last night … which sounds awesome — except for the part where it was recorded without Wiz knowing … and might be shopped around as a celeb sex tape.

Wiz posted a few photos Thursday morning showing him partying with Playboy model Carla Howe … who appeared with Wiz in the 2012 movie “Mac & Devin Go to High School.”

Wiz and Carla definitely did the deed — no one’s denying that — but a source close to the situation says a camera was rolling during their fling. The source says the footage is now being offered around Hollywood … with the hopes of releasing the next big sex tape.

One problem — we’re told Wiz had NO IDEA he was being recorded at the time. Sources close to Wiz tell us if anyone does try to release the video … he’s ready to lawyer up to block it. He’s already deleted his pics with Carla.

The Wiz + Carla pics appeared on Wiz’s Instagram feed, and they quickly made their way to a million gossip sites. TMZ implied that these photos were taken the night of Wednesday, December 3, while the couple were partying. In fact, these photos were shot by professional photographer Dan Folger weeks earlier.

The TMZ spycam sex tape story also got picked up by a million gossip sites. ICSTDB finds the story more than a little fishy. If this footage really exists, it cannot be released commercially without signed contracts with both Khalifa and Howe. And if it was really recorded by a hidden camera without their knowledge, the production values would not be up to snuff for a Vivid sex tape release.

So what really happened? Here are two scenarios that make sense: (1) Wiz and Carla have filmed a XXX video for future release as a “celebrity sex tape”, and the TMZ “NO IDEA he was being recorded” story is part of the marketing backstory buildup; or (2) there is no sex tape, and someone just concocted or planted the story, for clickbait or free publicity or whatever reason.

Wiz and Carla’s scene together in Mac & Devin Go to High School was a hard-R simulated sex scene set in a sleazy massage parlor’s disco ball room. You can watch the clip at Worldstar Hiphop. Someone will probably re-label this clip as the Wiz Khalifa + Carla Howe sex tape at some point.

Who? Fake African-American.

Real? Probably not.

Rachel Dolezal became an unlikely media celebrity and national laughingstock in June 2015 when her (white) parents told reporters that their daughter was white, not African-American as she had been claiming publicly for several years. Until that revelation, Dolezal had served as president of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP and an instructor in Africana Studies at Eastern Washington University.

New revelations about Dolezal’s deceptions filled the media over the next week, including several instances in which she claimed to be the victim of racial discrimination and hate crimes. For her part, Dolezal insisted that she had identified as black since childhood, that “I would definitely consider myself to be black” and “nothing about being white describes who I am”. She also released a statement arguing that “challenging the construct of race is at the core of evolving human consciousness”.

The New York Daily News uncovered another sensational claim by Rachel Dolezal from a 2004 divorce filing.

Serial storyteller Rachel Dolezal has a homemade sex tape — but claims she appeared in it against her will, according to court papers obtained by the Daily News.

The ex-head of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Wash., made the shocking allegation during a dirty custody battle with former husband Kevin Moore, the papers show.

She had to “participate in sexual acts … on tape against (her) will,” Dolezal said in the 2004 custody battle.

The Daily Mail quoted the same divorce document describing a “video tape made at the request of the defendant which required the plaintiff to participate in sexual acts with the defendant on tape against the plaintiff’s desires”.

Dolezal’s ex-husband, Kevin Moore, denied the allegations.

Considering how many lies Rachel Dolezal has told, especially lies about her victimization, we can’t put too much stock in the coerced sex tape story.

Meanwhile, Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch made her a public offer to produce a new sex tape to cash in on her fame. “We would be very interested in distributing a new sex tape starring Rachel if she was on board with the project. We can arrange for her to have her pick of the top African-American male adult stars and collaborate with her on the content.” It’s a limited-time offer, which makes sense since her tabloid fame will have a limited lifespan. Will there be a new Rachel Dolezal sex tape? Unlikely, but it’s a clever publicity stunt by Vivid.
